AWS is the leading platform for designing and developing applications for the cloud and is growing rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform.World Wide Field Enablement (WWFE) is seeking a Program Manager, Generative AI to help our Solutions and Services Enablement team formulate and execute exceptional enablement experiences for AWS field roles, including sales and technical roles. The Services and Solutions Enablement team's mission is to drive customer success by deeply understanding our customers' business objectives, and then equipping the field with the tailored content, tools, and support needed to effectively sell our solutions at the precise moment they need it. In 2024 we will focus on developing an enablement strategy and repeatable mechanism for data and AI (including generative AI) and scale this model across the Service and Solutions Pillars.In this role, you will support the execution of our Generative AI enablement strategy including content management and governance, stakeholder interlocks, and developing mechanisms to drive enablement at scale globally including executing through business-unit-aligned enablement teams. In this role you will leverage and embed Amazon Culture and AWS core field competencies into everything that you do.A successful candidate has experience working in teams with strong strategic and operational capabilities. The successful candidate will combine a solid fluency of Ownership and Deliver Results in a global setting. This position will work with a broad set of stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, including Go-To-Market Strategy, Specialized Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement Center of Excellence Teams, and Business Unit Aligned Enablement Teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into impactful business outcomes. They have prior experience with Sales Enablement, leading large programs, and deep understanding of how the field operates. This is a hands-on position, with the ideal candidate willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.Key job responsibilities Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across geographies and business units to understand Generative AI priorities and requirements and implement a scalable enablement strategy. leveraging organization and project management skills to implement and maintain gen AI content governance strategy Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to extract insights to guide the enablement strategy Define requirements and drive stakeholders/partners to meet goals. Develops project and workback plans to support delivery Optimize cross-team processes that improve team efficacy and delivery. Accountable for successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery) of one or more large strategic generative AI programs to meet challenging business goals. Identify program metrics and report on insights to articulate enablement impact, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement. Leverage strong writing skills to communicate to leadership and stakeholders through regular touchpoints (monthly business reviews, strategy narratives, document reviews, etc.)We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Arlington, VA, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
