Job Title: Project EngineerJob DescriptionThe Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of our projects. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability and while complying with our Safety/Zero Harm culture.Hard Skills

Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management or Related Field

Experience working within Procore

2+ years' experience within a GC in commercial construction

Experience performing RFI's, submittals, close out procedures

Experience with Procore / Bluebeam highly preferred

Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes. Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons. Direct project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications. Requirements Master\'s degree in Engineering required. Professional Engineer and/or SE License preferred. 4 years minimum experience Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally. Compensation The rate for this position generally is$90,000-$105,000annually.This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Washington State Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful Washington State applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Washington State or perform the position from Washington State.
