Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Seattle tech client that is looking for an experienced Project Manager. Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and managing multiple, simultaneous deliverables to meet project needs

Develop and actively manage project plans, schedules, and risks to deliver program objectives

Lead and direct matrixed project teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and scope

Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet program goals

Participate in and/or lead the development of key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project plan, marketing materials, etc.)

Ensure upstream and downstream impacts of project work are identified, communicated, and aligned across all levels from team members to senior leadership

Establish regular program communications – including status reports and readouts to stakeholders and senior leadership

Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions

Create and monitor measures of success for the program and associated projects

Improve processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the entire project lifecycle

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months. Requirements

Experience in documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item logs, and other project management related tools to help achieve project success

Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple projects at once in parallel

Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills to drive projects across multiple programs, manage stakeholder expectations, and present project information

Ability to deliver results while working with remote, virtual, and cross-functional teams without direct authority

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Capability to manage multiple contexts and identify connections between them

Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with diverse partners at all levels

Familiarity with change management principles and approaches
