(Job Description)Globally recognized Coffee Company headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Facilities Project Manager who will be responsible for assisting the build out of testing environments required to support testing of different laboratory, store, and station layouts. This is including store systems and processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and can influence across function and levels within a highly matrixed organization. As a Facilities contract worker, you will focus on supporting testing and innovation. You will help build and maintain testing environments for different business units across the enterprise in support of our partners, customers, and the business. You will also help uphold and continuously improve the operations systems of the Lab.Pay - $40/hr. - $55/hr. (all depending on relevant qualifications, industries, and must haves below)Location - Seattle, WA (Hybrid; 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote)Contract Duration - 3 Months (End of Year) With Potential to Extend(Summary of Key Responsibilities)

Acquire and maintain knowledge of retail systems, software, and hardware used in the testing implementation process.

Activate on the timely troubleshooting of challenges linked to equipment and technology and escalate to support partners as appropriate.

Manage projects within the Operations strategy to deliver testing environments and support continuous improvement.

Oversee key Operations systems (i.e., lab inventory, equipment upkeep schedule) to support testing environments and Concepts work.

Problem solves with minimal assistance; making time-sensitive decisions to manage break-fix or escalate problems to support scheduled testing.

(Qualification Requirements)

3+ years of experience managing multiple small to mid-sized facilities and building projects.

High preference for prior or current facilities and building projects within laboratory and/or retail environment.

Project management software

Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Seattle, WA location.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Document Manager responsible for acquiring, standing up, and implementing the Crowley Data and Document Management System, bringing all the Preliminary Design documents and plans into Crowley, and establishing control procedures for updating and preparing these deliverables to the NSF in the time required needs to be onboarded the first day after contract award. Develops, reviews, and maintains a configuration management plan for all aspects of the software lifecycle. Provides guidance and leadership in all aspects of configuration management. Oversees software tracking and releases. Selects and leads cross-functional project teams and facilitates project meetings. Partners with key stakeholders to define the scope and requirements of assigned projects. Anticipates internal/external business challenges to effectively develop detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, estimates, and resource management plans. Performs need, trend, feasibility and performance assessments to ensure business requirements are fulfilled, risks are mitigated, and value is optimized. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and monitors associated deliverables. Tracks performance to operating plans, budgets, forecasts and/or schedules. Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains project documentation and monitors and communicates status to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
