Description:We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Sourcing Generalist. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.As a Sourcing Generalist you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. Basic Qualifications:
1 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity HR experience or industry experience related to role
OR Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Liberal Arts or related field
Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines
Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines
Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates
Adaptive to process changes
Detail oriented
Experience with Tracking Systems
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
Preferred Qualifications:
LinkedIn Certification
Sourcing experience for a large technology company
