Position Retail Store Associate (Keyholder) Description Location: Seattle Position: Full TimeCompensation: $21.00- $22.00 an hourAbout this role The Retail Sales Associate (Keyholder) assists in the daily operations of the Outdoor Research Seattle Store and upholds the Outdoor Research brand identity and culture.What you will do

A commitment to provide Outdoor Research Legendary customer service.

Greeting and thanking customers in a helpful, positive, non-intrusive manner throughout the purchasing/decision process.

Partner with the store management team on any new hire training.

Keep the team on task throughout the day with customers and/or with maintaining any projects (ie, sales prep, inventory replenishment, etc) as delegated by the management team.

Loss prevention

Ensure that the front-facing store appearance is up to OR standards.

Weekly inventory counts in partnership with Store Manager or Inventory Specialist.

Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Position Requirements

What you should bring to the table

Active participation in one or more of Outdoor Research core sports preferred

Knowledge of and/or intermediate to advanced experience with various outdoor gear and equipment, Outdoor Research products preferable

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and point of sale systems

Previous experience providing excellent customer service in various settings such as retail or similar

Previous cash/credit handling/transaction experience

Meets or exceeds schedule and attendance requirements
