Teammates in the role are also eligible for Nucor Steel profit sharing which has averaged 21% over last 5 Years.This position is eligible for comprehensive Nucor benefits including annual bonuses, tuition assistance, employee stock purchase program discount and match, 401(k) match, service awards, paid time off, and profit sharing.Basic Job Functions:The Sales and Production Scheduler is responsible for taking care of our customers by working closely with the mill to ensure orders are produced on time to take care of market demands. The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling production throughout the facility, balancing the needs of the customers and market, optimizing finished goods inventory and supporting the sales department. This position typically works Monday through Friday, but evenings or weekends may be required from time to time based on business needs.
