Sales Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. This position will be responsible for growing a paint sales territory that focuses primarily on the Residential Repaint market segment. In this position, you will secure new wholesale accounts while maintaining existing customer accounts. You will utilize professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls. Ensure the effective use of sales processes, approved product marketing, and product promotion material by regional sales force. Leverage stakeholders and other company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical, and business content to create a competitive differentiation and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Manage open territories effectively while recruiting for new personnel should a territory be vacated within designated area. Consistent demonstration of exceptional leadership qualities, including but not limited to the ability to attract and retain the best team, foster a culture of high performance, lead with integrity, humility, accountability, and courage, and set a clear vision to energize teams towards the future. Effectively manage, support, and guide your team, including, but not limited to delegating tasks and responsibilities, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities. Ability to successfully forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company\'s Quality Management System policies and procedures. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to work designated schedule. Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 60% of a typical working day.
