Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services Commercial (BGS-C) Supplier Management Team has an opportunity for a Senior MTM Strategic Sourcing Procurement Agent (Level 5) position within our organization to lead the strategy for multiple businesses within the Modifications, Training and MRO . This candidate will be located in Seattle, WA.Position ResponsibilitiesDuties will include (but are not limited to):

Lead and develop supplier and regional strategies for one or more of the following programs: Sub-Components LGE, BCF, Mods, CSP, etc. to best enable BGS

Own supplier strategies and contracting methods supporting the gated process

Develops and maintains strategic relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Hold extensive knowledge of Supplier Management processes and procedures.

Direct experience working with production and aftermarket services providers

Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills are required.

Occasional travel to other Boeing sites, customers and suppliers (approximately 25%).

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

10 + years of experience working with Suppliers and developing supplier strategies

10 + years of experience negotiation externally with customers or suppliers

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

Solid business acumen, teaming, and excellent stakeholder communication and empathy

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
