Senior Program Manager, Amazon Fuse

DescriptionAmazon Fuse is a newly launched product and team at Amazon. The Fuse team works closely with international partners in the mobile space to drive adoption of Amazon products and services like Amazon Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Audible, Kindle Unlimited etc.The Fuse team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage global partnerships and product launches. In this role you will work closely with external partners, product, engineering, business, operations and marketing teams. This role has high visibility as you will be responsible for tracking launch milestones and publishing updates to stakeholder and leadership teams. You will act as the voice of the customer and influence product roadmap by providing insights and feedback from external partners and stakeholder teams. You will help define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for expanding product launches in new geographies and meet regional accounting and taxation requirements. The role provides high visibility and the opportunity to work with both Amazon internal teams as well as external customers.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to business, operations and leadership teams. Successful candidates for this position must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, creative problem solving skills and a passion for customer experience.The ideal candidate will be clearly passionate about the large opportunity that Amazon services presents. Work with external customers and coordinate releases and product launches with operations and engineering teams.

Lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders regarding variety of operational/product issues

Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to accounting, finance, business and tech leadership, including project plans and recurring business review documents

Track and publish project status reports and communicate status updates with leadership teams

Work with engineering, product and operations teams to build solutions and align with the business objectives

About the teamAmazon Fuse partners with third party mobile providers to sell Amazon subscription services, such as Prime Video, Music and Kindle as apart of those mobile provider deals. Our business development team sources the third party providers to partner with and handles the business side of things. Fuse is available in over 50 countries and has about 4 billion subscribers.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience in communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management

Experience in managing large-scale programs or projects

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification

Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment

Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
