As a manager sr sourcing group, you will be leading a team of individual contributors in developing innovative sourcing strategies and solutions. You will be partnering/collaborating cross-functionally and with suppliers to drive co-creation to achieve best innovative solutions faster. Going beyond conventional ideas and approaches is key to enable new possibilities and innovation can flourish to ensure lasting positive change and growth. Leader in this position, will be setting innovative and strategic direction, managing performance and coaching team members. You will demonstrate leadership for best-in-class management of multiple complex innovative sourcing strategies. You will be modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Basic Qualifications:

· Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary): Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or other related fields preferred.

· Years of experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills (minimum needed to be qualified): 8+ years in innovative sourcing experience preferred.
