Assists the leadership team in establishing processes, procedures, and standards for the Service Desk.

Oversees training program and provides feedback and coaching to partners.

Responsible for onboarding of all new analysts, including administrative tasks and coordination of all training.

Serves as communications conduit across Information Technology support groups and affected customers during high impact outages.
