The candidate should have hands on ETL experience to develop data interfaces for extracting, cleaning, transforming and loading data into data warehouse/SQL Server destination using SQL Server functions and procedures to read data from Multi formatted Flat files, Excel etc.,.
Strong experience with performance tuning of SSIS jobs, T-SQL and database custom scripting
Good understanding of joining and querying data from SCD Type 2 tables
Experience in writing compled T-SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, common table expressions (CTE), etc.,
Should have strong experience in reverse engineering ETL logic from already implemented code
Strong experience with implementing SQL Server Procedures, functions, and DB triggers
Peer review the code, design, test automation, etc.,
Experience in working in onsite and offshore model
Ability to monitor SQL Server jobs, debug and resolve any production issues on a daily basis
Strong experience in using SSIS to load data from flat files to SQL Server destination
Must have experience in using SSIS package configurations, variables and parameters
Strong experience with performance tuning and daily monitoring of SSIS jobs
