DescriptionGlobal Store team under Amazon Cross-border Program enables customers around the world to shop on 15 Amazon marketplaces and get their products delivered to them anywhere.We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Business Development Manager to drive our cross-border e-commerce business. The Amazon Global Store Business Development Manager will manage all business aspects (e.g. selection, pricing/PnL, engagement, marketing, supply chain) of Global Stores. This person will be closely working with Amazon Retail team, external vendors, Global Logistics, and Product and Tech teams to improve overall shopping experience for our global customers.As you are the key Point of Contact across multiple stakeholder teams for Global Store, over indexing on Earns Trust, Dive Deep, Bias for Action and Ownership are important for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to flex your influencing and team building skills for this position. This person must be customer obsessed and have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy and have global responsibility.Key job responsibilities-Key stakeholder management and influence-P&L ownership and management-Store management, growth and expansion-Customer shopping experience improvement-Indirectly manage geographically disparate teamsBasic Qualifications

5+ years of professional or military experience

Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

E-commerce general management/category management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

SQL and analytical skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Base salary range: $163,000-$182,000 Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of business strategies to expand the Cell & Gene Therapies Technologies division through partnerships, collaborations, and licensing deals with both internal and external stakeholder. Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, academic institutions, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), and other stakeholders in the gene and cell therapy space. Lead the negotiation and structuring of complex agreements. Ensure favorable terms that align with organizational goals while mitigating risks and managing stakeholder interests. Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics within the cell and gene therapy landscape to identify new opportunities and threats. Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Work closely with internal teams (R&D, product management, legal, commercial, marketing) to assess scientific and technical feasibility, drive business objectives, and manage project timelines and deliverables for partnerships. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in business, Life Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in sales and/or business development. 3+ years of experience directly working in the Cell and Gene Therapies industry, with deep understanding of cell therapy industry, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and business analytics. Ability to travel up to 40% with willingness to travel internationally.
