Trigyn's direct client has a long term contract assignment in Seattle, WA & Austin, TX. The particulars of the position are as follows.

NO c2c, only W-2 candidates.

Technical skills / Requirements:
The candidate must have 8+ years demonstrable programming experience in SQL development
Strong experience in MS SQL SERVER including proficiency in SQL and stored procedures.
Excellent understanding of Teradata
Develop, implement, and optimize queries, procedures and functions using T-SQL (DQL, DML, DDL, DCL and TCL).
Excellent knowledge in creating objects like Indexed Views, complex Stored Procedures, effective functions, and appropriate Triggers to facilitate efficient data manipulation and data consistency.
Hands on experience with performance tools like SQL Profiler, Index Tuning Wizard and Database Engine Tuning Advisor.
Experience with ETL technologies, hands on experience with developing, deploying, and monitoring packages for ETL tasks using Informatica/ SSIS DTS Import/Export Utility, BCP and DTS packages.
Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Teradata SQL
Understanding PERL for any legacy code debugging, ability to write shell and python scripts
Hands on experience using SQL Server agent jobs and logshipping for SQL Server
Develop a test framework for database migrations to compare objects and data from source systems to target systems
Write test cases for comparing performance throughput across Hybrid data centers and capturing and storing the results for performance benchmarking.

General Responsibilities:
Design database applications, such as interfaces, data transfer mechanisms, global temporary tables, data partitions, and function-based indexes to enable efficient access of the generic database structure.
Develop load-balancing processes to eliminate down time for backup processes.
Develop data models for applications, metadata tables, views or related database structures.
Develop data models for applications, metadata tables, views or related database structures.
Identify, evaluate and recommend hardware or software technologies to achieve desired database performance.
Plan and install upgrades of database management system software to enhance database performance.

Development of high-quality database solutions ensuring performance, security, and availability of databases
Strong understanding of distributed systems, operating systems, networking, databases, security, and analytics.
Experience developing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines for distributed apps.
Participating in the design and database and able to create ER diagrams, integrate with applications and reporting
Able to write tests for SQL connectivity, data validation and for performance throughput
Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
Good understanding of ANSI SQL code and databases such as MS SQL server, Teradata and Postgres SQL
Creating and maintain database objects such as Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures
Develop various facets of the Hadoop ecosystem, data processing, and Map Reduce jobs.

Proven experience in modeling and simulation. Familiarity with flight management, guidance, control, navigation, and astrodynamics fundamentals. Experience inMatlab/Simulink/Stateflow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications M.S. or PhD in aerospace engineering or related technical field. Experience in Rendezvous, Proximity, and Docking (RPO/D) CONOPS, algorithms, trajectories, rendezvous points, safety gates and corridors, and requirements for performing RPOD operations. Experience in full lifecycle development of GN&C and/or Autonomy on spacecraft including integrated tests in high-fidelity environments. Experience designing, evaluating, and simulating state machines. Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA. Compensation range for on site CO applicants is $125,400-$175,560 Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $136,800-$191,520
