This team partners with other SAs, Sales, Business Development and the storage Service teams to enable customer adoption and revenue attainment. Specialist SAs play a critical role in capturing customer feedback, advocating for roadmap enhancements, and anticipating customer requirements as they work backwards from their needs. This team develops blogs, reference implementations, labs, and presentations to evangelize AWS storage design patterns and best practices for healthcare and life sciences industry. In addition, they mentor and train the broader SA population, to help other SA’s understand how to integrate the storage stack into healthcare and life sciences customer architectures. This team has the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of storage on AWS within Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) enterprise customers. This team works hands-on with machine learning and will connect technology with measurable business value in addition to thinking strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.Basic Qualifications
7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications 5+ years management of technical, customer facing resources
5+ years management of technical, customer facing resources
5+ years of technical experience in storage
Preferred Qualifications
History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired

The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
