DescriptionThis role will be both hands on and strategic providing human resource leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies that foster growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness. The individual in this role must first understand the business priorities and translate them into an HR plan that supports the business. The Sr. HRBP will assess capability and needs in the areas of leadership & management development, career development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and talent acquisition, and drive appropriate solutions in these areas.You will partner with your business clients to help find, grow and keep the Earth's best talent. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience

Employment law knowledge of the respective country and basics of HR administration

Project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources

Experience working with corporate teams.

Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Executive coaching and consulting skills

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership

Demonstrated ability to craft and analyze data to influence decision making

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market.
