As a Sr. Product Manager, Technical, you will dig into global business and customer requirements, partner with data scientists, and create the architecture with development teams to bring the voice of the employee to decisions.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
Define the long-term vision and product roadmap based on customer research and product utilization
Leverage econometrics, predictive algorithms, machine learning, and UX design to define outcomes and ensure we create the right experience for a diverse range of employees
Work closely with engineering to build solutions that scale globally based on anticipated growth
Break down large, complex projects into product milestone releases — develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications for each planned release
Make hard, high-judgment trade-offs between performance, features, and speed-to-market, while mitigating risks
Unblock and expedite multiple engineering teams
The successful candidate must have the ability to lead multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a very strong customer focus working closely with UX, engineering and business leadership to deliver the product vision.Finally – must have an interest and passion around the employee experience, improving the workplace, and driving internal change that enables employees to deliver for customers more effectively. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
