Then this is the position for you.Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Profit Intelligence team, leading the vision and delivery of internal-facing products serving 10,000+ worldwide Consumer Business users. Our team owns accurate, timely and granular profitability data for the worldwide Consumer business. Our products serve as a critical input to business performance reporting as well as automated systems that make profitability decisions at scale. Given the importance, we must be able to scale as the business expands providing self-service analytical and diagnostic capabilities while guaranteeing data quality with meaningful accuracy measures. Therefore we are building a new suite of feature-rich products ranging from proactive insights, reactive analytics, simulations and anomaly detection.Key job responsibilitiesThis role requires working closely with businesses across Amazon, the product management team, and key software development teams across the company to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects through operations design and delivery. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. The ideal candidate has thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift quickly. They are a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. Qualified candidates have experience defining projects and features, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating large cross functional projects and schedules, and delivering complex projects with accurate results at high scale.From a business and technical perspective, this TPM will:

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
