AireSpring is seeking a Channel Manager to generate new business opportunities through trusted advisors and channel partnerships, becoming a consistent revenue producer across AireSpring’s robust portfolio of managed services.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors, building lasting, profitable relationships aligned with regional growth objectives.Sales Strategy & Enablement: Develop targeted regional channel strategies, deliver product and sales training, support joint sales initiatives, and provide ongoing partner support.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building trust, resolving issues, and optimizing partner performance.Internal Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless channel operations, support product launches, and align on strategic initiatives.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, regional market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance and mutual business benefit.
