Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Test Administrator in Seattle, Washington. This role falls within the education industry and involves coordinating and administering various standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing policies, and providing candidate support.Responsibilities: Administer various standardized tests, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available Uphold the security of test materials, strictly adhering to testing policies and procedures Confirm candidate identification, maintaining the confidentiality of test results Provide comprehensive instructions to candidates, effectively handling their queries Maintain a quiet, respectful, and conducive testing environment Ensure adherence to a detail-oriented dress code, avoiding casual attires such as jeans, sneakers, and t-shirts. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Proven experience in administrative assistance is necessary. The ability to manage and administer tests effectively is needed. The role requires a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in using computer systems and software is essential. Comfortable with handling confidential information. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required. Strong problem-solving skills are needed.
