Hello! We are a research firm called Vidlet (https://www.vidlet.com). We facilitate empathy-forward research studies for clients around the world so they can design better user experiences.
We are currently conducting a study to understand the experience of applying for and engaging with state-provided services. We are not selling anything; rather, we are looking to understand the challenges individuals encounter with state-provided services in order to ultimately improve the experience.
Your participation in this study would greatly contribute to our efforts to improve the user experience for Washington residents.
This is a fully remote research study where you will be asked to download our free mobile app and answer a set of questions regarding the user experience of state services platforms. You will be compensated $100 for your very valuable time and insights. Compensation will be emailed after the completion of your remote interview.
