The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. The Warehouse Receiving Clerk will assist with data entry, inventory, and other clerical duties. Responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, e.g., Birchstreet, SimVen and Excel
Storing hard and scanned copies of invoices, purchase orders and requisitions in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Assisting in the maintenance of inventory counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system.
Assist in physical inventory counts and data entry
Performs any other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year experience working in a office environment including inventory data entry and handling invoices required.
Previous experience working in a warehouse and/or working with high volume inventory preferred.
Experience receiving using a data entry system, such as Birchstreet and Excel preferred.
Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle counts accurately.
