QUALIFICATIONS:
-preferably 1-2 years of customer service
-Barista/Bobarista experience is preferred
-Must be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
-Hands-on experience with brewing equipment preferred
-Must have reliable Transportation (Light rail access Available)
-Valid WA state food worker card
-Clean & professional presentation at all times
-Flexibility to work various shifts
-Able to pass a security background check and obtain a security badge with SeaTac Airport (must have Passport/Birth Certificate & ID)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide excellent customer service - Prepare and ensure quality of drinks and food (tea, boba, desserts, etc.)
-Memorize product descriptions and be able to sell packaged products
-Maintain cleanliness of working area
-Back of the house food prep
-Cashier, receive and process payments (greet customers with big smiles and take orders)
-Respond to customer complaints
-Maintain stocking
-Insist on providing great customer service and have the ability, to build and grow customer relationships
