Winterbourne, LLC, a franchisee of Ben & Jerry's, is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for ice cream, customer satisfaction, and effective management. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scoop shop.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a "super premium" experience to all customers, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality products.
Assist in managing daily operations including planning, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with franchise operating systems.
Provide hands-on training focused on daily operations, customer relations, staff orientation, and cleanliness.
Learn and teach the entire cake making process.
Stay up to date with our exclusive training and networking website.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
A positive attitude and passion for the Ben & Jerry's brand.
Commitment to providing a "super premium" experience to customers.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 4-6 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Frequent bending, reaching and scooping motions.
Hours: 25-35 hours per week
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus tips
