The average daily tip-out for one barback working similar shifts from the last pay period of February 2024 was $221.71 in tips per shift, making the average hourly between hourly wage and tips = $48.92/hour. There are barback shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.
The average daily tip-out for one host working similar shifts from the last pay period of February 2024 was $118.89 in tips per shift, making the average hourly between hourly wage and tips = $41.02/hour. There are daily host shifts.
Shifts are evening hours, Sunday through Saturday.
For this position, experience is helpful, though we can help the right candidate get up to speed if your experience is limited but your will to learn is strong. Full availability preferred.
