Grounds North Seattle is hiring! We are a super fun, energetic, bubbly, fast paced, drive thru coffee stand with some over the top offerings! We greet every customer as if they are our friend and strive to make people’s day with each interaction. Our motto is “Boycott Boring Beverages” so we are sure to go above and beyond for each drink. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who would love to be a part of this amazing team! We do not require experience, but do require candidates to be at least 18 years old.
Baristas (aka Vibe Curators) are the foundation of our whole company. We seek candidates who are friendly, personable and have the ability to engage with customer by providing outstanding service. We look for the ability to work with a team, participate in team meetings, always eager to learn and have the ability to multitask with efficiency and speed at all times.
Baristas are paid $17.25/hr from the employer plus tips.

Willingness to perform any additional tasks as assigned by management
Execute opening, closing, shift change procedures including cash/deposit handling
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Have or ability to obtain food handler’s permit by time of hire
Must be able lift up to 50 lbs occassionally.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and use motor skills constantly.
Must have weekend availability
