Chainline Brewing Company has been brewing award-winning beer in Kirkland, WA, since 2015. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality beer and service to the community. We are looking for an organized and energetic person who wants to be part of our small but fast-growing company.
Job Description
As a Delivery drive/Cellar worker, you will be responsible for; building orders, loading the delivery vehicle, and delivering the product to accounts efficiently and productively. Additionally, when you're not delivering, you will be working in our cellar under our head brewer. This position has the potential for growth within the brewery, so a can-do, positive attitude and an eagerness to learn will go a long way!
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and FIFO product in walk-in cooler
- Organize and efficiently plan delivery route
- Ability to follow directions and communicate with superiors
- Ability to load, unload, deliver kegs and cases of beer to accounts, and return all empty kegs to brewery
- Provide top quality customer service to all accounts
- Assist and be willing to learn a variety of brewery tasks including but not limited to washing kegs, working a packaging line, cleaning tanks, general brewery cleaning
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Assist in all other tasks as directed
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 21 years old
- Clean driving record
- Familiar with driving in Seattle area
- Comfortable with driving a large vehicle
- Strong independent work ethic, as well as ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable with operating a forklift and pallet jack (will undergo safety training)
- Computer skills and experience with inventory management software a plus (will undergo training)
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to be professional and friendly while representing Chainline Brewing Company
- Delivery experience preferred
