Hitchcock Restaurant Group is looking for a prep cook to work full-time (days) in support of the kitchen team at our busy Bainbridge Island all-day cafe.
Duties include prep for all of our house-made sandwiches, soups, and salads, as well as large prep projects like roasting, smoking, brining, etc.
Please be neat, clean, organized, and able to work on an open line. Applicants must be good team players and take direction well. Our kitchen is in full view of the public and may require some interaction with customers.
