We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take drink orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell additional items and promote daily specials
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies
- Process guest payments using cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
Requirements:
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
