We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard-working Dishwasher and Food Prep Team Member to join our amazing Kitchen Team. If you are very hard-working and willing to work within a small team please apply. You must be a 'get it done' kind of person who loves details and organization.
You will directly be responsible for:
- washing dishes
- overall maintenance of our operation; cleaning, organizing, and overall 'love' for our property.
This job is also very physical, so you will be doing a lot of moving and lifting. Hours are somewhat flexible but we are looking for someone to work 5 days a week. This is a great role for someone who likes independence, knows what job needs to be done and gets it done.
Requirements:
- Experience in dishwashing and cleaning
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- WA Food Handler Card required
- Command of the English language
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have night and weekend availability
- Work up to 40 hours per week during the busy season
Compensation depends on experience and includes, competitive hourly wage, meals. There may an opportunity to include a Simple IRA, health plan, tuition reimbursement and performance based bonuses.
