We are currently looking to fill our Saturday and Sunday shifts. This is an evening/night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food as needed.
- Follows all health department safe food handling procedures and regulations.
- Prepare and plate food orders as they come in.
- Accurately and efficiently fill all food orders during shift.
- Sets up dish stations, including dish sinks.
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Follows the posted daily cleaning duties.
- Assists in other kitchen duties set forth or requested by the manager as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit
- Must obtain Washington State MAST Permit
