We have a position for an experienced Culinary Professional. The position is responsible for producing a varied menu of Lunch and Dinner offerings. We serve between 40-60 meals daily at each Meal Period (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
If you enjoy producing a varied menu (5 week cycle) in a clean, respectful environment. The position is 6 days a week, 9-10 hours a day. Salary is dependent on skill level and experience and is in the $2000 to $2500 per week range. We pay airfare and provide housing.
Must pass background check, drug test and be free of habits that contribute to poor performance. Position is availible Mid January to June 15. Extension is a possibility. Send resume and questions
