A small takeout shop specializing in elevated home-cooked Korean food with modern and nutritious sensibilities. Our menu comprises of bibimbop served in stone pots with various proteins, kimbop, bento, and bowls. We do our best to work with various dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, etc.
Who we're looking for:
- Must be able to read tickets in English and speak/ understand moderate English
- Must have a MINIMUM 4 YEARS high volume kitchen experience with proficient knife and wok saute skills
- A willingness to learn and evolve, and work well with a small team
- Experience in Asian, Korean cuisine is the ideal fit
- Organized and works clean
- Detail oriented, strives for consistency
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed
SCHEDULE:
- Tuesday through Saturday; lunch shift is from 9:00am-3:00pm, dinner shift from 4:30pm-9:00pm
- Schedule is somewhat flexible as we are looking to open for an additional day on Mondays
COMPENSATION:
- Minimum wage during probationary training, and when able to work independently (about 2-3 weeks) total of $30-$38+ per hour including tips.

HORARIO:
- De martes a sábado; El turno de almuerzo es de 9:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m., y el turno de cena de 4:30 p. m. a 9:00 p. m.
- El horario es algo flexible, ya que buscamos abrir un día adicional los lunes.
COMPENSACIÓN:
- Salario mínimo durante el período de prueba y, si se puede trabajar de forma independiente (aproximadamente de 2 a 3 semanas), un total de $30 a $38 o más por hora, incluyendo propinas.
