Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
-No less than two years' experience in a professional kitchen.
- Detail oriented and high integrity work ethic
-Strong knife skills
-Must have reliable transportation, be punctual and dependable.
-Have a current food handler's card or the ability to get one.
-Strong communication skills.
-Knowledge of local, seasonal, wild and foraged ingredients.
-Ability to work catering and line services.
-Ability to work various shifts
-Lift 50 pounds or more
-Strong organization skills
-Must be available and willing to work full time
