The Mon amie Bakery is looking for the experienced baker with a passion for French pastry and a strong desire to provide excellent fresh baked breads, pastries and desserts.
This person must have professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen.
We are looking for someone who has proficient experience in pastry, baking and / or previous high-volume scratch production.
Hours/week : 30-35 hours/week or More.
Requirements:
Experiences with high-volume scratch production.
Early Mornings and weekends (Saturday or Sunday) availability required.
Must work precisely, very cleanly, and be able to problem solve based on production demands.
Responsibilities include:
Shaping, proofing and baking off breads and goods according to our standards and designs.
Assist in the prep and packaging as needed.
Operating quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, time-driven environment, while ensuring consistent, high quality products.
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organizing and safety standards.
-Work with the team members/bakery Owner to continue our success thru teamwork.
Salary: $20 + TIPS/ D.O.E
