Our Downtown Tacoma Tapas Restaurant, Miró Tapas, is seeking Fine Dining Staff to join our team. You'll use your knowledge and skills to provide incredible dining & bar services to our patrons. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of interacting with the guests is executed cheerfully, charmingly, efficiently and professionally.

Hiring for the following roles:
PRIORTITY HIRING FOR:
Tapas Bandolera/o $18/hour + tips - 8 OPENINGS
Table Host/Server $18/hour starting + tips - LIMITED OPENINGS
Cocktail Server $18/hour starting + tips - LIMITED OPENINGS
Wine Cart Host $18/hour starting + tips - LIMITED OPENINGS

Average hours: 22-30, but can make space for full-time, depending on experience and preferences.
Schedule: Looking to fill AM and PM shifts.
Fine Dining Server Requirements & Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Note: Previous coffee (barista/o) server, food server and/or cocktail server experience is required.
Excellent time management; be on time and ready to be a team player
Superb interpersonal skills
A keen eye for details
Available to work evenings and weekends as required
Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor
Work well in a team environment
Able and willing to work on your feet
On-the-spot problem solving
Over 21
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Craft Cocktail and/or Wine knowledge
Familiarity with POS systems
Customer service experience
Spanish language skills (Level 1, conversational)
Education & Qualifications
Completion of a food safety course within 2 weeks of hire, or current card
Certification in alcohol service course, within 4 weeks of hire, or current card
Eligible to work in the US
Current State or Federal i.d.
Agree to full background check
If no drivers license, current Pierce Transit Card
