Holy Water a Heavenly Lounge is located in down town Port Orchard, a local focused community and beautiful destination for Puget Sound boaters and Peninsula explorers. As well, conveniently located just a ferry ride away from Seattle.
Holy Water is positioned in the bottom floor of 1895 Gothic Style Church, with relaxing eclectic interior spaces and charming outdoor patio lounges. We serve creative innovative cocktails you wont find anywhere else, as well a hand picked selection of wine and beers from all over the world. Our desirable food menus include satisfying options for Brunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner, Thursday through Sunday, every week.
Positions Needed-
Server- Responsibilities include ensuring the entire bar is clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, ordering, running beverages and food in a quick manner, while having a polite and friendly attitude towards all guests and team mates. Having a general knowledge or food items, cocktails, wine and beer. Able to follow consistent steps of service.
Bartender- Responsibilities include managing drink tickets in timely manner, making house cocktails and classic cocktails in our unique way, serving your bar seats while multi tasking crafting drinks for the floor. Having a strong knowledge of wines, beers and all spirits on our lists. Must be able to adapt to our distinctive style and flair. Must have fun being a part of a creative bar team.
Cook- Responsibilities include consistently planning, preparing, and cooking menu items to ensure the highest quality food experience for customers. Keeping the kitchen organized and running efficiently while managing food tickets and times. Ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures. Must be able to adapt to our menu items and produce consistent quality in every dish. Willing to train a responsible and eager person, however experience with flat tops, sauté, frier, and other kitchen equipment is preferred.
Over all requirements-
Must be able to work weekends, Holy Water is only open Thursday - Sunday
Must be responsible and reliable, with a commitment to working consistent shifts every week
Must have good attitude to ensure we keep a safe and fun environment
