KITCHEN PRODUCTION Mon-Thurs NO WEEKENDS!

We are a small, dynamic company and makers of wild-fermented foods - specializing in kimchi and sauerkrauts. We are seeking a dedicated kitchen production worker to fill a full-time (approximately 32 hours per week) position, on a Monday - Thursday schedule. Have your weekends and evenings off!

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess a strong commitment to quality in their work and have a positive, can-do attitude. You'll have weekends free, work in a fun, inclusive environment, receive competitive wages plus 5 paid holidays, PTO and health care. Kitchen production days are Monday - Thursday and typical hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Kitchen production staff participate in all of the following:

- Cleaning, peeling, chopping and shredding vegetables in preparation for barrel fermentation

- Weighing and packaging finished product

- Prepping and palletizing orders

- Set-up and clean-up

Ideal candidates for this position will:

- Enjoy working on a small team in a friendly, inclusive and drama-free environment

- Possess a passion for quality work through teamwork and solid communication

- Be comfortable standing 2+ hours at a time and be able to lift 50 pounds

- Experience working in a commercial kitchen or food production environment a plus!
