Knowledge/Qualifications Required

- Breakfast experience

- Line experience with an emphasis on plated meals cooked to order

-The ability to roast, sauté, and braise proteins and vegetables

-Produce menu items pertaining to diets and special events

-Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

-Three years' experience working in high production kitchen with quality standards in preparation and presentation is preferred

-Able to work independently and create soups and daily specials from scratch

-Valid Washington State Food Handler permit required

Work Schedule

-Part Time/Full Time available 25-40 +/- Hrs a week

-Fri,Sat,Sun shifts available. The Club is closed on Mondays

-Must be able to work Holidays and Special Events
