Saltoro is looking for a line cook to join our team 4 to 5 nights a week (usually 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm). We are a small independent restaurant that serves scratch made food made from quality ingredients. We are open nightly from 5 to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday, 5 to 10 pm Friday and Saturdays.
Job Requirements include:
Prepare ingredients for dinner service
Cook menu items with a sense of urgency
Maintian a clean and organized work space
Communicate with teams members to increase efficiency
Able to follow recipes
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
