We are seeking an experience line cook with two years of kitchen experience, in full service, moderate to high volume restaurant. You must be able to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers. Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of food served. Follow recipes to companies specifications and standards . Set up, stock and maintain a clean sanitary workstation. Must be able to achieve high work standards in a fast pace environment, maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers
