Looking for one line cook with schedule availability on Friday through Monday from 3:00pm to 10:00pm or 11:00pm (off Tuesday and Wednesday typically) who is personable, fun, and creative to join our team. Secoma Lanes is a small, family owned business who provides quality entertainment and a great dining and cocktail experience.

THE REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will be personable, creative, and well organized.
Minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining calmness, composure, and a sense of humor
Must have excellent communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak clearly and effectively

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following tasks and responsibilities are under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef:
Must possess experience on every station on the line and fill in where necessary
Must possess flexibility and eagerness to learn
Ideal candidates will uphold established standards at all times, maintaining superior attention to detail while working with speed and accuracy during periods of high pressure and stress
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies
You may be called upon from time to time to perform other duties that may not be included in your job description at management s discretion.
