At Tim's Kitchen, we are responsible for providing hand-made, high quality dishes. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic line cooks. Come work in a fun, fast-paced environment! We are a family-oriented, casual dining restaurant specializing in comfort food.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and cook menu items.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Operate kitchen equipment safely.
Monitor and rotate product to ensure quality of ingredients (FIFO).
Inform management of items needing to be ordered.
All other kitchen duties as assigned by management.
Observe all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
An upbeat and friendly attitude
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Ability to multi-task
Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to learn from mistakes
Ability to adhere to company recipes
Knowledge of appropriate food handling and sanitation procedures
Prior experience great but we will train.
Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits
