Luc is a French/American Bistro in Madison Park and we are currently hiring for an experienced Line cook to join our close-knit team. This is a full time position. Applicants should be very comfortable handling knives, saute pans and have a general knowledge of standard cooking techniques. Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work and can be on their feet for extended periods of time. Cooks prep their own stations before and after service. A typical shift is from 2 pm to 10:30 pm on weeknights or to 11:30 pm on weekends. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
