Locally owned coffee shop is looking for a seasoned and experienced manager to take over day to day operations.
Manager will work in and operate the business and have potential to earn a growing ownership stake as the business thrives under their leadership.
Qualifications for the position must include:
Currently operate a coffee shop/café as manager
5+ years experience in coffee
2+ years wtih current employer
Be able to demonstrate how they have grown revenue and profitability in their current role
Must be valued and appreciated by their current employees and employer
