DAYS/HOURS:
Wednesday thru Sunday
3pm to close (no overtime required)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prep food for the evening's dinner service
Prepare appetizers and salads in an often FAST-PACED environment
Assist chef
Basic clean-up at end of evening
QUALIFICATIONS:
Food prep experience required
Ability to multi-task
Ability to thrive in an often FAST-PACED environment
