Part-Time Barista at Everett’s Community Café – Friendly Atmosphere!
Do you love coffee and enjoy working in a welcoming, community-centered environment? Refined Coffee in Everett is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated barista to join our growing team! Whether you’re already experienced in pulling the perfect espresso shot or excited to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, smoothies, blended drinks, and more
- Serve a variety of food items, including pastries, sandwiches, soups, and salads
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment
- Handle cash and operate the Square POS system
- Open and close the café with care and attention to detail
- Provide professional, friendly service, even in fast-paced situations
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for coffee and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently during some shifts
- Availability for 3-5 shifts a week, with hours ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Bonus:
If you’re comfortable speaking Korean, that’s a plus! Our café owner is a native Korean speaker, and we love adding this personal touch to our café experience.
