We are looking for an experienced Server/Bartender. At present, this role will be 3-4 shifts per week including Friday (day or night possible) and Saturday/Sunday Brunch (approx 9-3). This is a unique opportunity to join a small, independent and community focused team here in South Park.
Our "house" is on a historic corner space at 14th Ave South and Cloverdale. We are an all-ages 50-seat pub with a focused kitchen based on grilled sandwiches, house-made soups and salads. On the weekend, we offer a popular pub brunch based on homemade buttermilk biscuits. Check out our current menu at eddiesp.com. We offer a full bar as well as beer, wine and cider.

P.S. If you are asking "Who's Eddie?" well it's partly an homage to my dad Ed, a now retired salesman who cut his teeth in the age of the 2-martini lunch. Our vision would be that if you had a favorite fun- lovin' crazy uncle that had a basement bar - Uncle Eddie's should remind you of that space.
