Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Operation Assistant to support our management team and streamline daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated who thrives in a remote, independent work environment. This role requires approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support to management team.
Manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and etc.
Monitor container shipments in real-time and deliver proactive, timely updates to internal teams .
Generate and process invoices, purchase orders accurately using QuickBooks.
Communicate clearly and effectively with management team and team members.
Maintain organized digital records and produce regular activity reports.
Flexibly handle various additional tasks as assigned by management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or in a similar role;
seafood import-export experience is a bonus.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
Highly organized with strong attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
Proven habit of providing timely updates and proactively sharing work progress.
Reliable internet connection and a professional at-home workspace.
Based in Great Seattle area preferred.
Bilingual (English/Chinese) is preferred but not necessary.
